In this latest release, we bring you enhancements designed to streamline your experience: from efficiency enhancements that simplify fleet management to new cost management tools optimized for international use, we are confident this update will make your fleet planning smoother and more efficient. New cost management features
- Monthly cost views: A key part of managing a fleet is tracking costs and forecasting future expenses. To aid in this process, we've introduced Monthly cost views. These new calculations are available in the Dashboard, Vehicles, and Vehicle Comparison screens. You'll find two buttons that allow you to switch between Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and monthly cost views. While TCO is crucial for procurement and forecasting, monthly costs are typically used for day-to-day operations and defining vehicle categories for employee bands. Now, fleet managers can easily identify which vehicles fit into each category and monitor how monthly costs will change.
Main benefit: Gives a new perspective on cost visualization, aiding in better tracking and forecasting of expenses.
- Break-even calculation: To further enhance your electric vehicle cost analysis, we've introduced a new feature that enables you to compare the cost-effectiveness of an electric vehicle against its internal combustion engine counterpart based on your current usage patterns. If the EV initially seems more expensive, our calculation can specify at what mileage its TCO would be the same as its diesel or petrol alternative. For instance, you might have a car that has done 15,000 km, but with our new feature, we can show you that it would be worth electrifying at 20,000 km. It's all about giving you the insights you need to determine if and when it's worth electrifying your fleet.
Main benefit: Provides precise break-even points for EV adoption, aiding in data-driven decision-making.
- Operative leasing/Rent, Other costs field: We've received feedback indicating that some users incur additional yearly costs beyond their monthly vehicle lease costs. To address this, we've added a new input field under the 'Operative Leasing/Rent' procurement preference. This field allows you to input and track these additional costs, giving you a more comprehensive overview of your total expenditure.
Main benefit: Offers a more comprehensive cost overview by accounting for additional costs, making budgeting and cost management more accurate.
- New metrics: To provide you with even more control over your fleet, we've added new metrics to the Suitable EVs list comparison monthly cost view, such as Cost/km. By comparing vehicles based on this metric, you can identify the most cost-effective options for your fleet. This addition aims to give you more detailed insights and help you make the best decisions regarding your fleet.

Optimized for international use
- Language selector: In an effort to make our platform more user-friendly for our international users, we've added a Language selector. This feature allows you to switch the language of the planner to your preference. Furthermore, our product is now available in any language, with local prices and currencies for all of Europe. This localization not only saves resources for companies but also eliminates the need for additional databases, providing precise data and estimations to save costs.
Main benefit: Enhances user experience by allowing language selection, making the platform more user-friendly for international users and saving companies resources by eliminating the need for additional databases.
Efficiency enhancements
- Bulk vehicle upload: Managing a large fleet can become a daunting task, especially when you have to input data for each vehicle individually. To simplify this process, we've introduced the bulk vehicle upload feature, which enables you to add multiple vehicles at once using an easy-to-use Excel template. All you have to do is visit the 'Add New Vehicle' screen, and you'll find the option to add numerous vehicles simultaneously. We've even included an example Excel sheet to guide you, making the process quicker and easier than manual input.
Main benefit: Simplifies the process of adding multiple vehicles, saving time and making fleet management faster.
- Average data input fields: In the real world, exact values for parameters such as fuel consumption and pricing aren't always readily available. Recognizing this, we've introduced Average data input fields. Now, you can input average values for fuel consumption and price (in l/100km and EUR/l respectively). This feature eliminates the need for precise calculations or predictions, making data entry a breeze.
